1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. (Personalized items may require an additional 2-5 business days for production).
2. Shipping Fees

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $69.

For orders under $69, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 7-12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your region and customs processing.
4. Fulfillment & Shipping Origin
Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on inventory availability and the delivery destination. We do not misrepresent local shipping origins.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update.
6. Delays & Lost Packages
If your tracking information has not been updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, please contact us immediately at service@gemmulora.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. We do not automatically reject claims solely based on a "Delivered" tracking status if the customer has not received the package.
